Terms of Use

Last updated: June 2026

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of TensorLearn, the practice exam and certification preparation service operated by TensorOps ("TensorOps", "we", "us"). By creating an account, signing in, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding agreement to use TensorLearn. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

2. Your account and sign-in

We sign you in with a one-time code sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that email secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide an accurate email address and to use an address you are entitled to use. Do not share sign-in codes with anyone.

3. Beta service and Premium access

TensorLearn is offered during a beta phase and is provided as is, without any guarantee of availability, completeness, or accuracy. Features may change, pause, or be withdrawn at any time.

During the beta, Premium features (including instant on-screen feedback and explanations) are made available at no charge to learners who sign up with a business or organizational email address, and to TensorOps team members. Personal mailbox providers (for example gmail, outlook, yahoo and similar) receive the free tier, with results delivered by email after each exam. Tier assignment is at our discretion and may change. Paid Premium plans are not yet available; online payments are disabled during the beta. We do not guarantee that any free Premium access will continue after the beta.

4. Practice content and no affiliation

TensorLearn questions, explanations, and materials are original practice content created for study purposes and based on publicly available exam guidance. They are not official exam questions and are not provided by, affiliated with, or endorsed by any certification body or vendor. Amazon Web Services, AWS, Anthropic, Claude, and other product or certification names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the subject matter you are studying.

Practice scores are for your own preparation and do not predict or guarantee any actual exam result. You are responsible for verifying current, official exam requirements with the relevant certification body.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • copy, scrape, harvest, or redistribute the questions, answer keys, or explanations, or use them to build or train a competing product or dataset;
  • share, resell, or publish exam content, answer keys, or your account access with others;
  • attempt to access non-public parts of the service, probe or test its security, or interfere with its normal operation;
  • reverse engineer the service except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by law; or
  • use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

The service and its content, including questions, explanations, text, and design, are owned by TensorOps or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the service for your own certification preparation. No other rights are granted.

7. Privacy and communications

We process your email and usage data to operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. When you create an account you may also agree to receive product updates and marketing emails from TensorOps; you can unsubscribe at any time.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that practice content is free of mistakes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TensorOps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Because TensorLearn is offered free of charge during the beta, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service (if any) or fifty US dollars.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or the service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or terminate access to the service or any account at any time, including for violation of these Terms.
