Privacy Notice

Last updated: June 28, 2026

Scope

This notice explains how TensorOps processes personal information for TensorLearn, our practice exam and certification preparation service. It supplements the general TensorOps Privacy Policy.

Information we process

  • Account data: email address, certification name, account tier, Terms acceptance time, and optional marketing preference.
  • Sign-in data: one-time code state, request counts, failed attempt counts, session issue time, last login time, and session revocation time.
  • Exam data: exams started or completed, answers, scores, pass/fail result, domain breakdowns, dashboard progress, and result emails.
  • Certificate data: public credential identifiers, certification name, and certificate pages when you pass an eligible exam.
  • Security and operations data: IP-derived rate-limit keys, request metadata, infrastructure logs, and abuse-prevention signals.

How we use it

  • Authenticate learners and protect the one-time-code flow from abuse.
  • Operate TensorLearn, show dashboards, send exam results, and support certificates.
  • Enforce access tiers, including TensorOps team access and business-email or manually granted live access.
  • Send transactional service emails such as sign-in codes, exam results, and account notices.
  • Send product updates or marketing emails only if you separately opt in.
  • Secure, debug, audit, and improve the service.

Infrastructure and providers

TensorLearn runs on managed cloud infrastructure, including Google Cloud Platform for hosting, load balancing, Cloud Armor edge protection, logging, and Secret Manager. We also use service providers for email delivery, hosting, security, analytics, and operational support. Those providers process information only as needed to provide their services to TensorOps.

Cookies and communications

TensorLearn uses a necessary session cookie to keep you signed in for up to 30 days, plus necessary storage for security and interface preferences. Optional website analytics or advertising cookies are controlled through the site cookie banner. See the Cookie Policy for details.

Sign-in codes, exam results, account notices, and security notices are transactional service messages. Product updates and marketing emails are optional and can be unsubscribed from or withdrawn.

Retention and choices

One-time codes expire after 10 minutes. We keep account, attempt, certificate, and security records for as long as needed to operate TensorLearn, provide dashboards and credentials, protect the service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
